The design for the BC Villa on the foothills of Cesena is characterized by two rectangular building bodies, arranged parallel to each other, with opposing pitches that recall the concept of the Roman impluvium reworked in a contemporary key.<\/p>\n\n
The two volumes, one for the living spaces and the other for the sleeping space, are connected by a lower wood-clad element that serves as the entrance and connection between them.<\/p>\n\n
The sleeping part is the part that relates to the existing building, carefully isolated by a perimeter hedge. The main elevation of it features sliding elements for darkening rooms and becomes the main motif of the facade. The interior, with the three bedrooms with related bathrooms, features a distribution\/study space directly connected to the inner courtyard.<\/p>\n\n
The living area, on the other hand, overlooks the large garden with a privileged view of the landscape thanks to large windows.The interior features two large storage closets that mark out the kitchen, dining, and TV lounge spaces, with the large fireplace in the center, while the kitchen has direct access to the services in this volume and the garage.<\/p>\n\n
The exterior, with the large swimming pool, has a concrete septum that separates the lounging area with the loungers from the showers behind and becomes the defining element of this part of the garden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
